Marietjie Wentzel started M Wentzel Incorporated in 1999, and the firm has since grown. She is an admitted senior attorney, conveyancer, and notary with more than 25 years experience in property related matters. Jacques Lessing
Jacques studied at the University of Pretoria and started his articles of clerkship in 1995 at a Secunda Law firm. Jacques was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 1997. He joined the team at M Wentzel Inc in 2005. Jacques is an experienced practitioner of General Litigation, Family Law, Criminal Law and Civil Law. As a current member of the LPC, Jacques is bound by the code of conduct of the Legal Practice Council.

Karabo Mtsweni
Karabo Princess Zandile Mtsweni LLB (UFS), LLM(Candidate)
Ms Karabo Mtsweni completed her LLB at the University of the Free State in 2020 and gained her admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in August 2023.
She commenced her legal career serving her articles at Mtsweni Attorneys Inc in 2021 and continued as a Professional Assistant until February 2025.
Ms Mtsweni joined M Wentzel Inc in March 2025 as a Professional Assistant. While she has experience appearing in the lower courts and is acquainted with general litigation, Ms Mtsweni has joined our Conveyancing department.

Ina has been a valued member of the M Wentzel Inc team since 2006. She completed her legal studies at the University of Johannesburg and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2007. With 18 years’ experience, Ina brings expertise in deceased estate administration, general litigation, and family law.
